Bella Vista, Arkansas is a planned community located in the beautiful
Ozark Mountains. With a low cost of living and thriving towns nearby towns
such as Bentonville, Home of Sam Walton & Wal-Mart Worldwide Headquarters,
it's easy to understand why this is the 3rd fastest growing region in the U.S.!

Bella Vista incorporated in January of 2007. The community covers almost
50 square miles in Northwest Arkansas. The Property Owners Association, a
not-for-profit corporation with a budget of $23 million, has six divisions
(Golf, Recreation, Public Works, Police, Fire and EMS and Finance and
Administration) with approximately 200 full-time and 200 part-time employees.
The POA provides private club living with recreational amenities, including
eight golf courses, seven recreational/fishing lakes, four swimming pools and
tennis complexes. Municipal services, including street maintenance and police
and fire protection, are provided by the POA, but will eventually be transitioned
to the town of Bella
