Vacation
Vacation time off with pay is available to eligible employees for rest,
relaxation, and personal pursuits. Full-time employee vacation accrual is as follows:
- From 0 – 10 years of employment, 40+ hours/week accrue at a monthly rate of
6.67 hours; 10+ years of employment accrue at 10 hours
- 32-39 hours/week accrue at a monthly rate of 5.3 hours; 10+ years of employment accrue at 8 hours

Sick Time Accrual
Crye-Leike provides paid sick leave benefits to all eligible employees for periods of
temporary absence due to illness or injuries at the following rates:
- 40 hours per week employees accrue 4 hours for every full month of service
- 32-39 hours per week employees accrue 3.2 hours for every full month of service

401(k) Retirement Plan
To meet enrollment eligibility, an employee must have completed 12 months of service,
worked at least 1,000 hours in the previous year, and be 21 year of age or older.
This plan offers:
