75-Hour Pre-Licensing Course - Basic Principles of Real Estate

Georgia Salesperson Requirements
Our courses will help you meet the state requirements to get a real
estate license. If you are looking to start a career in real estate,
this is the place to start. To qualify for a Salesperson real estate
license in Georgia, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age at time of licensing;
- Be a resident of the State of Georgia*
- Be a high school graduate or holder of a certification of equivalency;
- Complete a 75 hour Salesperson Prelicense course, passing the course
exam and attending all the sessions.
- Obtain a criminal history report from the GBI (Georgia Bureau of
Investigation
- Pass a state real estate examination
* Unless seeking a nonresident license
Course Description
This 75-hour course fulfills the State of Georgia's pre-licensing course
requirement. This is a Georgia Real Estate Commission approved course.
Upon enrollment, you must complete a combination examination and license
application. Once you complete this course, you are eligible to sit for
the state real estate exam. This comprehensive course covers the basic
fundamentals of the real estate business. You will be taught in a
professionally equipped learning center by licensed instructors.

Course Essentials
- To ensure your understanding of the material, there will be a quiz after every chapter.
- You must pass the class final exam to take the Georgia State Exam.

Upon Completion of the 75-Hour Course
Upon successful completion of the course you are eligible to sit for
the state exam and you will be given a certificate and letter of completion
to take to the AMP Testing Center.
Schedule & Pricing
In-class 75 hour Pre-License Course costs $450, includes text and course exam,
Day classes are held on Mondays, Wednesdays and Friday from 9:00 AM to
12:15 PM and 1:15 to 4:30 for 4 weeks.Classes begin in September.
