Crye-Leike's Development & Construction Services division offers the experience and capabilities to fully assist clients with build-to-suit services, modifications to existing facilities and development and construction of new projects. Whether master planning a multi-phased development or expanding a single building, our development and construction management team can provide either turnkey or individual services.

Crye-Leike's development and construction services business delivers a broad range of capabilities and expertise in tenant and capital improvements, including full restorations and build-to-suit developments. Crye-Leike also focuses its efforts on providing development and construction services to third party build-to-suit customers and investors in office, industrial and retail projects. Our development philosophy is intensely focused on quality, cost and schedule.

We are equipped to assist clients through all stages of the development process:
·	Development & construction management
·	Design, planning and assistance in assembling a technical team and management, for example, with civil, architectural and mechanical engineers
·	Capitalization, financing and appraisal
·	Approvals and permits, including zoning
·	Construction bidding and management and tenant finish coordination

Crye-Leike recently entered the planned unit development (PUD) market with projects underway that will include 400 single family dwellings within three communities in the Greater Nashville area. Investments in these three subdivisions total approximately $6 million.

The company has directed over $ 16.67 million in construction projects in Arkansas, Georgia, Mississippi and Tennessee over the past three years, representing over 195,150 square feet.
