Supporting our Communities
At Crye-Leike, our commitment to creating a difference goes beyond just
a business philosophy. We believe companies that are successful should
also take an active leadership role in the community. We're proud to be a
part of our community's future, and to support organizations (like United
Way, Youth Villages, Wings Cancer Foundation, and St. Jude, just to name a few)
that help
make hopes and promises come true. At Crye-Leike making a difference is
what we are all about.

Wings Cancer Foundation
Crye-Leike, Realtors and the Hank Park Trust sponsor an annual golf
scramble called the Sherry Park Memorial Golf Scramble, established in
1995.
In 2007 associates joined together to be a major sponsor at the 13th Annual
Sherry Park Memorial Golf Tournament held on Sept. 17 at the Memphis National
Golf Course in Collierville, Tenn. "Sherry Park was a former manager of the
Germantown Poplar office and she passed away from cancer," said Sherry Hulen,
Germantown-Poplar agent and Co-chair of the tournament. "The tournament was
wonderful, everyone had a great time and we raised a huge amount of money for
a great organization." A check for $22 thousand dollars was presented to
the West Wings Foundation on Nov. 27th. Founded in 1996, the West Wings
Foundation is a non-profit organization that raises money for the West
Clinic to provide cancer treatment and continued research. Sherry Park was
a patient at the West Clinic. "To date we've raised $170 thousand for the
West Wings Foundation," said Dan Quinley, Germantown agent and Co-chair of
the tournament. "None of this would have been accomplished without the
help of our sponsors, teams, volunteers and donations."
Founded in 1996, the Wings Cancer Foundation at West Clinic is
committed to the clinical cancer research and providing enhanced
supportive care. The foundation offers support services such as a
lending library, a labyrinth, nutritional counseling, exercise and
strength building, yoga and relaxation classes as well as crisis and
bereavement support group programs. Crye-Leike, Realtors and the Hank
Park Trust designated 75 percent of the funds toward cancer research and
the remaining 25 percent to the clinic's support services.
