Crye-Leike Agents Rank among Arkansas' Best Real Estate Agents by REALTrends

Little Rock, Ark. (Oct. 21, 2016) - REAL Trends, the leader in ranking the performance of residential real estate firms, agents and teams in the United States, recently announced its annual America's Best Real Estate Agents list for 2016 where two Arkansas sales associates of Crye-Leike Real Estate Services, the nation's sixth largest residential real estate brokerage firm, joined its prestigious rank of an elite group of real estate agents across the country.

More than 12,000 real estate professionals from every state in the United States are featured in REAL Trends' 2016 America's Best Real Estate Agents ranking (www.AmericasBestRE.com). Among other measurements, the list ranks the most productive agents and agent teams by state based on closed transaction sides and closed volume.

To qualify for inclusion, an individual agent must have closed at least 50 transaction sides or $20 million in sales volume in 2015. For real estate agent teams, the minimum is 75 transaction sides or $30 million in closed sales volume.

Crye-Leike sales associates who were ranked the most productive agents in the state of Arkansas by REAL Trends in its list of America's Best Real Estate Agents in 2016 were: Douglas "Doug" Gibson and Travis Roe, both affiliated with Crye-Leike's Rogers branch office.

Doug Gibson ranked No. 5 in sales volume, attaining $22,399,884 in closed sales volume in 2015, which represents 77 closed transaction sides, ranking him No. 16 by transaction sides.

Travis Roe ranked No. 8 in sales volume, attaining $20,040,200 in closed sales volume in 2015, which represents 93 in closed transaction sides, ranking him No. 9 by transaction sides.

"These sales associates listed among our 2016 America’s Best Real Estate Agents are the 'best of the best,' far above average and have built enormously successful small businesses in an extremely competitive field," said Steve Murray, president of REAL Trends.

"The average residential real estate agent in the United States closed fewer than eight transactions in 2015 and had less than $1.5 million in sales," said Murray.
