Crye-Leike Agents Rank Among Tennessee's Best

Memphis, Tenn. (July 20, 2017) - Eleven Tennessee sales associates and five real estate teams of Crye-Leike Real Estate Services, the nation's fifth-largest independent residential real estate brokerage firm, have been included in the list of 2017 America's Best Real Estate Agents, published by REAL Trends, the industry leader in ranking the performance of residential real estate firms, agents and teams in the United States.

Overall, 16 Crye-Leike agents and seven agent teams across five states are included in this year's America's Best Real Estate Agents from REAL Trends. A year ago, Crye-Leike had eight sales associates and two sales teams in Tennessee recognized in this prestigious ranking.

REAL Trends recently released the 2017 edition of America's Best Real Estate Agents, which is considered a prestigious ranking of an elite group of real estate agents across the country. More than 12,500 real estate professionals from every state in the United States are featured in REAL Trends' 2017 America's Best Real Estate Agents ranking (www.AmericasBestRE.com).

"This group of highly successful real estate sales agents represents less than 1 percent of all real estate practitioners in the United States," says Steve Murray, publisher of REAL Trends’ America’s Best Real Estate Agents and president of REAL Trends.

Crye-Leike sales associates and its agent team who were ranked the most productive agents and agent team in the state of Tennessee by REAL Trends in its list of America's Best Real Estate Agents included:

TENNESSEE - INDIVIDUAL AGENTS BY CLOSED SALES VOLUME

No. 7 - Germantown, Tenn. resident Rick Travers of Crye-Leike's Germantown-Poplar branch office who attained $32 million in closed sales volume in 2016;

No. 10 - Collierville, Tenn. resident Joyce McKenzie of Crye-Leike's Collierville branch office who attained $29.45 million in closed sales volume in 2016.

TENNESSEE - INDIVIDUAL AGENTS BY CLOSED TRANSACTION SIDES

No. 9 - Germantown, Tenn. resident Rick Travers of Crye-Leike's Germantown-Poplar branch office who generated 124 closed transaction sides in 2016;

No. 18 - Memphis, Tenn. resident Jimmie Tapley of Crye-Leike's Quail Hollow branch office who generated 95 closed transaction sides in 2016;

No. 20 - Columbia, Tenn. resident Jimmy D Dugger of Crye-Leike's Columbia branch office who generated 93 closed transaction sides in 2016;

No. 28 - Collierville, Tenn. resident Joyce McKenzie of Crye-Leike's Collierville branch office who generated 86 closed transaction sides in 2016;

No. 63 - Arlington, Tenn. resident Anna Bishop of Crye-Leike's Arlington branch office who generated 68 closed transaction sides in 2016;

No. 69 - Ooltewah, Tenn. resident Liz Reinsel of Crye-Leike's Ooltewah branch office who generated 67 closed transaction sides in 2016;

No. 71 - Johnson City, Tenn. resident Donna Estes, managing broker of Crye-Leike's Johnson City branch office who generated 66 in closed transaction sides in 2016;

No. 116 - Morristown, Tenn. resident Lisa Brown of Crye-Leike's Morristown branch office, who generated 57.5 closed transaction sides in 2016.

No. 144 - Memphis, Tenn. resident Paige Arnold of Crye-Leike's East Memphis branch office who generated 53 closed transaction sides in 2016;

No. 144 - Clarksville, Tenn. resident Hal Mathews of Crye-Leike's Sango Rd. branch office in Clarksville who generated 53 closed transaction sides in 2016; and,

No. 154 - Hermitage, Tenn. resident Traci Johnson of Crye-Leike's Hermitage branch office who generated 52 closed transaction sides in 2016.

TENNESSEE - AGENT TEAMS BY CLOSED SALES VOLUME

No. 16 - The Judy McLellan Team of Crye-Leike's Quail Hollow branch office in Memphis, Tenn. generated $66.3 million in closed sales volume in 2016; and,

No. 41 - The Melissa Thompson Team of Crye-Leike's Quail Hollow branch office in Memphis, Tenn. generated $35 million in closed sales volume in 2016.

TENNESSEE - AGENT TEAMS BY CLOSED TRANSACTION SIDES

No. 37 - The Melissa Thompson Team of Crye-Leike's Quail Hollow branch office in Memphis, Tenn. generated 158 in closed transaction sides in 2016;

No. 48 - The Tyler Tapley Team of Crye-Leike's Quail Hollow branch office in Memphis, Tenn. generated 142.5 in closed transaction sides in 2016;

No. 76 - The Judy McLellan Team of Crye-Leike's Quail Hollow branch office in Memphis, Tenn. generated 104 in closed transaction sides in 2016;

No. 90 - The Lott Team, Carol & Amanda Lott of Crye-Leike's Midtown branch office in Memphis, Tenn. generated 92 in closed transaction sides in 2016; and,

No. 119 - The Jannis Sams Team of Crye-Leike's Cleveland, Tenn., branch office generated 76 in closed transaction sides in 2016.

Among other measurements, the list ranks the most productive agents and agent teams by state based on closed transaction sides and closed volume. A transaction represents either the listing side or the selling side of a closed transaction.

To qualify for inclusion, an individual agent must have closed at least 50 transaction sides or $20 million in sales volume in 2016. For real estate agent teams, the minimum is 75 transaction sides or $30 million in closed sales volume. All production numbers are independently verified by a third-party to ensure accuracy and report integrity.

The individuals ranked in America's Best Real Estate Agents had an average of 73 transaction sides and an average sales volume of almost $37 million. Teams ranked in America's Best Real Estate Agents had an average of 144 sides and an average sales volume of almost $61 million. This ranking ensures that only the best of the best are included on the prestigious list.
