Nashville, TN, - After working as a licensed Realtor for over 11 years and being a multi-million dollar producer for many years, Brentwood Broker Chip Kerr has another accomplishment of which to be proud.
Chip was recently nominated and elected to the Williamson County Association of Realtors Board of Directors and is eager to serve in his new position.

Chip serves as Managing Broker for Crye-Leike's Brentwood Old Hickory sales office. He has extensive new construction experience and is also the Director of Builder Resources for Crye-Leike.
Consistently ranked in Crye-Leike's Top 25, Chip is a Lifetime Member of Crye-Leike's Multi-Million Dollar Club. He ranked #1 in overall sales volume in 2007 with over $25 million sold. Chip ranked number two in 2006, number three in 2008 and number four in overall sales volume for Crye-Leike in 2009.
Chip works with buyers and sellers in and around Williamson, Rutherford, Davidson and Maury counties. He specializes in residential real estate including new home construction and relocation. Chip has his professional real estate designations as a licensed Broker, Certified Builder Specialist (CBS) and Certified New Home Sales Professional (CSP). He is a member of the Williamson County Association of Realtors, the Tennessee Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
As a native Middle Tennessean, Chip was born in Nashville and grew up in Brentwood where he still resides. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree from The University of Tennessee.
