Bryant, Arkansas., - After six years spent working with and helping hundreds of buyers and sellers achieve all of their real estate goals, Realtor Jeremiah Oltmans has been named as the new Managing Broker of Crye-Leike's Bryant branch office.
"I've been an agent at Crye-Leike's Bryant office for over five years now and I take great pride in my new position as the Principal Broker," said Jeremiah. "I am honored to be selected to manage the branch for one of the biggest Real Estate firms in the country. I view this as a great opportunity for myself to grow as a person and a leader and I look forward to helping this already great office grow in agents and sales."
Jeremiah's promotion is another great accomplishment he adds to his successful career as a licensed Realtor since 2006. Besides being a Multi-Million Dollar producer and a continuous top producer for Crye-Leike, Jeremiah serves on the Board of the Bryant Chamber of Commerce where he was named Young Professional Of The Month in April 2011, and where he also serves on the Economic Development Committee and the Government Affairs Committee.
In 2006, Jeremiah's first year in real estate sales, he was honored by the Benton/Bryant Realtors Association as a nominee for ‘Rookie of the Year.' He has also served as United Way Captain for Crye-Leike's Bryant office. Jeremiah is the owner of Oltmans Development, Inc and is a native of the Saline County area.
Broker Jeremiah Oltmans is a licensed Realtor in Arkansas assisting buyers and sellers in and around Saline, Pulaski, and Garland counties. He specializes in all types of residential real estate sales with a focus on investment properties, new construction and first time homebuyers.
