Crye-Leike, REALTORS, the nation's sixth largest real estate company, is making a move into the Knoxville market.
The company's first Knoxville branch, its new Farragut office, will be located at 731 Campbell Station Road.
"After 34 years of being in business, Crye-Leike is proud to be opening its doors in Knoxville for the very first time," said Managing Broker Melonie Carideo. "Our President and CEO Harold Crye has been wanting to break into the market for over 15 years now. Our new office in Farragut is already all fired up with a half-dozen agents and we're currently conducting interviews looking to grow our agent count."
Crye-Leike's Farragut office will host a grand opening that's being planned for late March or early April. The office's Managing Broker Melonie Carideo, Office Administrator Cassie Riconoscuito, and agents Vikki Felts, Marie Gerrick, Cathy Swafford and Jamie Seals are already eagerly assisting buyers and sellers with all of their real estate needs.
