Smyrna Realtor Believes In Continuing Education To Offer Superior Client Satisfaction

    Crye-Leike Congratulates Realtor Marc Michaelson On Obtaining His Designation As A Certified Residential Specialist

Nashville, Tenn., - After 25 years in business management and having worked with real estate buyers and sellers for three years now, Smyrna Realtor Marc Michaelson knows the importance of keeping his education and knowledge of the market up-to-date.

Marc recently decided he wanted to add another real estate designation to his long list of educational credentials. He fulfilled the requirements needed to earn his professional real estate designation as a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS).

To obtain the CRS designation, Marc successfully completed advanced courses and demonstrated personal expertise in the field of residential real estate. He joins a select few Realtors with the CRS credential.

"In today's market, the buyers and sellers are more educated than they were in the past," said Marc. "With the information that is available on the internet and other sources, it's easy for buyers and sellers to be on the top of their game. I wanted to be on the top of my game, so I invested the time and money into the extra education required to earn the CRS designation."

The CRS designation gives buyers and sellers who work with Marc the confidence to know they are working with a professional who subscribes to a strict code of ethics and has access to the latest technology. Marc's goal is to better help clients maximize profits and minimize costs when buying or selling a home.

"By earning my CRS designation and getting the additional education, I will be able to better assist all of my buyers and sellers with all of their real estate needs," said Marc. "The market has changed and I want to change with it because I'm dedicated to making sure my clients receive superior customer satisfaction."

In addition to the CRS designation, Marc holds professional real estate designations as a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), as an e-PRO Internet Marketing Specialist, as an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and as a Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource Professional (SFR).

Marc Michaelson is a licensed Realtor in Tennessee based out of Crye-Leike, REALTORS Smyrna branch office. He works as a team with his wife Debbie who is also a licensed Realtor. They assist buyers and sellers in and around Rutherford, Williamson, Davidson, and Wilson counties.

The Michaelson Team helps clients with all their residential real estate needs specializing in working with first-time homebuyers, investment properties and relocation. They are members of the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors, the Tennessee Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.

Before his career in residential real estate sales, Marc was a Director and Plant Manager at Nissan North America for 25 years. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from Vanderbilt University. Marc is a member of the Smyrna Rotary Club where he served as the former Board of Directors and where he currently serves as a Chairman for the Town of Smyrna Sister City Exchange Committee.
