History of Real Estate Franchising at Crye-Leike
Crye*Leike Franchises, Inc., a division of Crye-Leike, began real estate
franchising operations in 2000. The division focuses its marketing efforts
on establishing franchise territories in smaller populated areas where
it would not normally open a company office because of market size and
location.
Since the division's establishment in August of 2000, 32
franchises have joined the Crye-Leike network, strengthening the
Crye-Leike brand. Crye-Leike franchises are currently located in states
throughout the South including Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky,
Mississippi, North Carolina, and Tennessee.

Investing into the Crye-Leike Brand
Crye-Leike's very first franchise was sold to one of Crye-Leike's
veteran sales associates who took his real estate business to an ownership
level by purchasing a Crye-Leike franchise. That sale attracted the
attention of several other Crye-Leike sales associates to do the same.
"They know the sound infrastructure and winning market system
of Crye-Leike and felt comfortable investing in a Crye-Leike franchise,"
said Kevin Joiner, president of Crye*Leike Franchises, Inc. and its
National Franchise Sales & Development Division.
