Accredited ASP Stagers and ASP Real Estate Agents are true professionals trained under strict guidelines using proven Staging techniques developed for over 30 years. The Staged Homes Program is a dynamic program that has been developed to assist property owners in presenting their homes for sale in the best possible way, by employing the unique skills of an Accredited Staging Professional(TM). These Home Staging Professionals are responsible for using a proven set of guidelines to help you prepare your home, both inside and out, to meet predefined standards that allow a property to be designated as a "Staged Home".
   

An ASP Stager is a professional who has completed a rigorous 3 day training program covering specific techniques and concepts in home presentation and Staging. This includes 2 1/2 days of classroom instruction and 1/2 day of Staging a house using the skills learned in class. Upon course completion the student is awarded the Accredited Staging Professional(TM) Stager credential which allows him/her to professionally Stage® homes.

An ASP Real Estate Agent is a real estate agent that has completed a rigorous 2 day training program covering specific techniques and concepts in home presentation and Staging. This includes 1 1/2 days of classroom training and 1/2 day of Staging a home that will soon go on the market using the skill they learned in class. An ASP Real Estate Agent will help the home owner properly prepare their home for sale and get the home sold faster and possibly for more money.
