CBS - Certified Builder Specialist

The Certified Builder Specialist (CBS) designation, the benchmark of excellence in new homes services, demonstrates to the public and to prospective clients that sales associates of Crye-Leike have mastered the issues involved in new homes construction.

The Certified Builder Specialist Program is an in-house continuing education program, administered by Crye-Leike, Realtors, to provide its sales associates with the awareness needed to work with home builders and to represent clients looking to purchase a new home or build a custom home.

The CBS designation is awarded to Crye-Leike sales associates who have taken the steps to continue their education in marketing new homes by completing a highly specialized two-day training course on site sales, warranties, recruiting builder listings, custom construction details and standards, final inspections, pre-sales, and contract negotiations.
