REAL Trends ranked residential real estate websites based on their excellence in the following categories: Best Overall,Best Video Strategy,Best Design,Best Property Detail Page,Best Community Page, Best Mobile Experience and Best Association Website. Our team analyzed all aspects of these websites, everything from brand messaging, transitions between desktop to mobile, design, navigation and the user experience, says Brent Driggers, web strategist for REAL Trends.
Websites were judged using a list of criteria in five critical areas including mobile experience, use of video, neighborhood & community pages, property detail pages and design. Sites that scored highest in all five areas were named Best Overall.

The second award was in the the Best Property Detail Page category with a ranking in the top 10.
