If you're financesallow you to be able topurchase first, that's always better.But if not, you may wanna think about sellingbefore you purchase.
- If you DO need the money from thehouse that you're selling in order to purchase, then SELL first.
- If you DON'T need the moneyfrom the sale of your own home,it's better if you BUY first.
