Nashville, Tenn. - Crye-Leike Commercial Real Estate Brokerage & Property Management announces the expansion of its Nashville sales offices into Rutherford County. J. David Floyd has been named commercial sales manager of Rutherford County to lead in the company's new initiative.

Crye-Leike's commercial branch office in Rutherford County is located at 599 Sam Ridley Parkway, West in Smyrna, Tenn.

Floyd has been affiliated with Crye-Leike for eight years, most recently serving as managing broker for its Murfreesboro branch office. He is a life member of Crye-Leike's Multi-Million Dollar Club, a level of distinction that exemplifies his outstanding sales performance of selling annually in excess of $1 million over a five-year period.

He has achieved several nationally recognized professional designations, including the certified real estate brokerage manager (CRB), the certified residential specialist (CRS) and Graduate, Realtors Institute (GRI) designations. He also is a candidate member of the CIIM Institute, pursuing the certified commercial investment member (CCIM) designation to become a recognized expert in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, asset management, valuation and investment analysis.

Floyd holds professional memberships with the National, Tennessee and Middle Tennessee Associations of Realtors (MTAR). As an active member of MTAR, he currently serves on its Public Relations and Professional Standards committees and served as past chair and co-chair of its Grievance Committee. He also holds membership with the Councils of Real Estate Brokerage Managers and of Residential Sales Specialists.
