Nashville, TN: Crye-Leike Property Management's Middle Tennessee offices recently participated in Second Harvest Food Bank's Hunger Action Month. The results led to over 250 families having enough food to survive the coming months.

During September, Crye-Leike's Middle Tennessee offices donated 1015 pounds of food to Second Harvest and 846 meals were able to be distributed to local families.

Crye-Leike Property Management Executive Vice President Linda Ayers is proud of her office's participation in this event and the impact it has had on the Nashville communities.

"The Property Management Division of Crye-Leike takes our company's Core Value of being a 'Good Neighbor' very seriously," said Ayers. "We strive to make a positive difference in our communities as much as we can. The hunger crisis in this country is real and getting worse each year. It has been an honor working with Second Harvest to help the people in our area stay healthy and fed."

Second Harvest hosts this annual campaign to ensure that local communities take action on the issue of hunger. Hunger knows no boundary, it has no social class and it lives in your community.

Although Hunger Action Month has come to an end, those interested in continuing to help the cause can still donate to Second Harvest at http://shfbmt.convio.net/site/TR?px=1421183&fr_id=1311&pg=personal.
