Crye*Leike Pro Elite Realty is co-owned by Kim Byrd and Ashley Nelson, with Byrd acting as principal broker. Byrd has been in the real estate industry for six years and is a member of the South-Central Arkansas REALTORS Association. She has earned seven nationally recognized real estate designations throughout the years and looks forward to leading the office.
"Opening a new franchise office has been a sensational experience that has shown how truly blessed we are to be in this industry and to be with Crye-Leike," said Byrd. "Along the way there have been many people who deserve our thanks and gratitude for their advice, assistance, words of wisdom and encouragement."
The new office has begun the recruiting process for qualified agents. Byrd and Nelson are looking to recruit agents to join the office and build the company throughout 2020.
"We look forward to working with agents who want to grow and are goal-oriented," said Nelson. "We are excited to see our agents, company and community achieve greatness."
A grand opening will be held in March, 2020 with the Arkadelphia Chamber of Commerce in attendance.
