Memphis, Tenn. - Jane D. Harris of Memphis has been named director of new business relations for Crye-Leike Property Management in Memphis, Tenn., a division of Crye-Leike, Inc. which offers leasing and management services for commercial and residential properties in Shelby, Fayette and Tipton counties. In this newly established position, she will be responsible for implementing marketing strategies to broaden the customer base in the Greater Memphis area.
Harris, a licensed real estate broker in Tennessee, Florida, Georgia and North Carolina, has 18 years of professional leasing and management experience, having leased and managed over 5.5 million square feet of office and retail space. She has five years' experience in the closing of commercial loans in the title insurance business.
For the past 10 years, Harris served as partner and owner of Property Network, a real estate company in Charlotte, North Carolina. There she brokered commercial real estate, directed leasing of downtown properties which included warehousing and high-rise office buildings, and parceled vacant lands for the purpose of real estate developments.
Harris is a member of the Memphis Area Association of Realtors, Tennessee Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and National Association of Home Builders.
