Nashville, Tenn. - Matt Wallin of Williamson County has been named manager of Crye-Leike's Residential Property Management Division in Nashville, Tenn., announced Keith Rosenblum, president of Crye-Leike Commercial & Property Management. He is responsible for expanding the division as well as managing the procurement of single family dwellings and investment properties in Davidson, Williamson, Sumner, Wilson, Rutherford and Maury counties. He also will oversee Crye-Leike Apartment Referral Services, an apartment locator service for newcomers to the area as well as employees who are being relocated.
Wallin is a licensed real estate agent in Tennessee who has four years of real estate experience in selling and handling residential properties. He began his career with Folk-Jordan, Realtors where Gail Wallin and he practiced as a mother and son real estate team. When Folk-Jordan was acquired by Crye-Leike in 1999, Matt continued selling residential real estate with Crye-Leike, Realtors. He assumed additional duties of commercial property management, leasing and sales for Crye-Leike Commercial & Property Management in September of this year.
