Gulf Shores, AL: Crye-Leike Real Estate Services announces that its franchise office, Crye*Leike Gulf Coast Real Estate & Vacation Rentals, is now an official member of the Pensacola, FL Multiple Listing Service (MLS). This means that the franchise has a multi-state platform to serve clients in both Alabama and Florida.

Owned by President David Stidham and managed by Vice President Mike Steward, Crye*Leike Gulf Coast Real Estate & Vacation Rentals opened its doors in Gulf Shores, AL in August 2019. Steward, a Pensacola native, has been an active member in Gulf Shores' local real estate market since 2006. For him, expanding the franchise's presence to the Florida market was essential for the growing business.

"Our office is just 11 miles from Perdido Key, Florida," said Steward. "I felt it was imperative for our team to be able to offer our services to our friends to the East. It was when the phone rang from a homeowner in Innerarity Point asking if we could use the Crye-Leike brand to help sell his home that it all came together."

The office is now actively seeking Florida licensed Realtors who are looking to grow with the Crye*Leike franchise. For more information in regards to joining the Crye*Leike team, or buying and selling in the Gulf Shores or Pensacola areas, please contact the Crye*Leike Gulf Coast Real Estate & Vacation Rentals office at (251) 405-2608 or visit the website at www.CLGulfCoast.com.
