New to the real estate industry, Oakley has worked in the automotive industry for four years, with experience in supply chain and merchandising. During that time, she enhanced her skills in communication, negotiation and problem solving - all great qualities of a Realtor.

Wanting a career change, Oakley decided to join her mother and grandmother, who are also Realtors with Crye-Leike, and earned her real estate license. She now looks forward to working with Crye-Leike and becoming an asset to the Germantown community.
