Cumming, GA: Crye-Leike Real Estate Services announces that Carolyn Watters has been named the managing broker of Crye-Leike's Cumming, GA branch office and the qualifying broker for all of Crye-Leike's Georgia offices. As a managing broker, Watters will be responsible for the recruitment, training and management of the Cummings office's sales associates. As the qualifying broker for the region, she will oversee all contracts within 15 Georgia offices.

Watters, licensed since 2001, has had a very successful real estate career. Over the years, she has been a consistent top producing agent and won numerous awards for her performance and sales. In 2014, Watters formed and managed her own real estate team, with each team member also becoming profound agents and earning spots on the Top 10 Producers list within their brokerage.

Moving forward in her real estate career, Watters is now excited to bring her love for real estate and learning, her passion for helping others develop their potential and her drive to build a collaborative environment to Crye-Leike.

In her spare time, Watters is involved in her church, her book club and volunteering. She serves on the inaugural board of the Highlands Dream Center Dental Clinic (opening fall 2020 in Cumming), the Forsyth County Drug Awareness Council, Forsyth's Chapter of 100 Women Who Care and previously served as a past president and sustaining member of the Sawnee Woman's Club of Forsyth County.
