To be named a Top Producing Agent or Team in one of Crye-Leike's nine-state regions, individual(s) must have earned the highest sales volume, or had the highest number of real estate transactions, for that year.

Vice President and Broker Jimmy D Dugger - Top Producing Agent by Sales Volume & Transactions

Vice President and Broker Jimmy D Dugger joined Crye-Leike Columbia in 1996, closing over 1900 real estate transactions throughout his career. In 2020, he was able to close 87 real estate transactions with a sales volume of $15 million, making him Middle Tennessee's Top Producing Agent for transactions and sales volume for the first time in his career. However, Dugger has previously been recognized as a Top Producing Agent for transactions in 13 previous years. Dugger has also earned 19 professional real estate designations since joining Crye-Leike and has received the company's highest achievement - the Circle of Excellence award.

Not only is Dugger extremely involved in his work at Crye-Leike, but he is also an active member in his local associations and community. Dugger has previously served as the president for the Southern Middle Tennessee Association of REALTORS and has served on, or chaired for, almost every committee for the organization. The Southern Middle Tennessee Association of REALTORS has awarded Dugger with numerous recognitions throughout the years, including the Career Achievement award - the association's highest honor. In addition, Dugger has graduated from nine leadership programs in Tennessee and serves on the board of directors for Leadership Middle Tennessee.

Within the Columbia community, Dugger is extremely involved with the Columbia Breakfast Club Rotary, serving as past president for the organization. Dugger has also been recognized as a Paul Harris Fellow on multiple occasions by the Rotary and has 30 years of perfect attendance as a Rotarian.

"The JR Group Partners" - Top Producing Team by Sales Volume & Transactions

Realtors John Montgomery and Robert Roof, Veterans of the United States Army, lead the JR Group Partners team from Crye-Leike's Clarksville - Sango branch office. Since forming the team in 2019, Montgomery and Roof have added Realtor Shay Deavers, Operations & Marketing Director Misty Gould, Transaction Coordinator Heather Steffan and Transaction Coordinator Sheila Oszczakiewicz. In 2020, the team conducted over $18.5 million in real estate sales, making them Crye-Leike's Top Producing Team for the region. The JR Group collaborates with local organizations to donate a portion of each commission to support The Montgomery County Veterans Coalition, The Clarksville Montgomery Education Foundation and Austin Peay State University's Scholarship Fund.

Montgomery & Roof have led successful real estate careers, with both of them being past recipients of Crye-Leike's Rookie of the Year award and receiving recognition in the company's Multi-million Dollar Club. The two have made continuing their real estate education a top priority and have earned over 10 real estate designations combined.

Montgomery and Roof are active members of the Clarksville Association of REALTORS, with Roof serving on the Professional Standards, Strategic Planning, Governmental Affairs and Professional Development committees. Outside of real estate, Montgomery serves as a Clarksville Montgomery County Education Foundation Board Member and teaches leadership courses at Austin Peay State University.

Realtor Vida Wakeman began her real estate career with Crye-Leike's East Nashville branch office in 2020. Coming from the music and service industries, Wakeman's top priority has always been to deliver superior service to her clients. From the start of her real estate career, Wakeman has consistently implemented her philosophy that real estate should improve people's lives. Wakeman largely credits this philosophy to her success as a new Realtor.

Wakeman is a member of the National Association of REALTORS (NAR) and has earned the At Home With Diversity (AHWD) designation, qualifying her to work effectively with - and within - today's diverse real estate market.
