Crye-Leike Real Estate Services had a blast at it's All Systems Go conference in Sandestin, FL, hosted at the Hilton Hotel!


Over 650 agents and managers throughout the company's eight-state footprint, along with Crye-Leike's ancillary services and vendors, gathered to enjoy four days of fun, networking, breakout training sessions and out-of-this-world presentations by nationally recognized speakers.


The conference kicked-off with a warm welcome from Owner & Chief Executive Office Harold Crye, who gave an update on the latest company news, real estate market and technology trends throughout the company.


This year's conference featured two keynote speakers, Matthew Ferrara and Don Tennessen.


Ferrara, a mentor, author, entrepreneur and keynote speaker for more than 30 years, explored what it takes to move forward and create the greatest version of you. With lifelong lessons and key insights from recent challenges, Ferrara helped brighten the true source of light at the end of the tunnel: you!


Tennessen enlightened agents on how the Ninja system can improve their personal and business lives. Tennessen helped develop the Ninja Installation program, a four-day intensive real estate workshop based on the fundamentals of Ninja Selling, in 2009 to guide real estate associates through the philosophy of building relationships, listening to the customer and helping them achieve their goals.


With two days' worth of 30 breakout sessions, agents were able to learn about important tools such as Asteroom, Zavvie, Moxi and Crye-Leike Social, the newest social media tool powered by Agent Icon. There were also a number of classes that dove deeper into tips and tricks of being a Realtor, such as effective techniques to stay in touch with your sphere of influence, elevating your online presence, commercial real estate trends, setting attainable goals and more. It was a great space for agents to learn how to optimize their businesses, while continuing to form meaningful relationships with their clients & communities.


Between all of that work, agents still had a ton of fun participating in a beach volleyball tournament, golf tournament, talent show and sunset jam session. The networking opportunities over the course of the conference were endless.


The last day closed with a busy vendor expo filled with numerous vendors and Crye-Leike's ancillary services - all dressed in space-themed attire of course. Agents also had the opportunity to shop for Crye-Leike merchandise at the company store, hosted by the Crye-Leike Marketing Department.


The conference was a hit and enjoyed by many. Crye-Leike extends a huge thank you to all of the amazing agents, managers, employees, vendors & sponsors who made this possible. We can't wait to see everyone again next year!
