HUNTSVILLE, AL - Crye-Leike Real Estate Services congratulates Realtor Theresa Jones on earning the nationally recognized Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) certification, the premier negotiation credential in the country. The RENE, conferred by the Real Estate Business Institute (REBI), is an official certification of the National Association of REALTORS.

Jones is affiliated with Crye-Leike's Huntsville, AL branch office and serves the residential real estate needs of buyers and sellers throughout Northern Alabama. To earn the RENE certification, Jones was required to successfully complete comprehensive coursework in negotiation and subscribe to the REALTOR Code of Ethics. She now joins an elite group of real estate professionals from around the world who have earned the RENE certification.

After leaving the United States Army, Jones worked as a legal assistant for 26 years, where she enhanced her skills in problem solving, communication and research. Wanting to start her own business to prepare for her future, she entered the real estate industry almost seven years ago buying, selling and renting properties in North Alabama. Since earning her license, it has been a priority to Jones to continue her real estate education and advance her knowledge of this industry.

"I continue to work towards advancing my real estate education so I can better help my clients," said Jones. "After having bought and sold so many properties of my own, I know how stressful these transactions can be. With more training and knowledge of this business, I am able to better deal with situations that come up and relieve some of the stress for my clients."

In addition to earning the RENE certification, Jones is in the process of earning the Graduate REALTOR Institute (GRI) designation, and she has taken several training courses offered by the Huntsville Area Association of REALTORS (HAAR).
