Crye-Leike Real Estate Services proudly recognizes 24 of its sales associates with the company's highest award, the Circle of Excellence, and honorary title of Vice President. Associates were honored at Crye-Leike's January kick-off campaigns across the company's eight-state region.

Sales associates work diligently year round to meet the requirements needed to receive this award. Recipients must show advancement in their studies through obtainment of real estate designations, maintain exemplary ethical behavior throughout their careers, record five or more continuous years with Crye-Leike, become a Lifetime Member of Crye-Leike's Multi-million Dollar Club and have served, or are serving, as Chair or Vice Chair on one or more standing committees at a local Board of REALTORS.

"This award recognizes those unique individuals who attain the highest level of professional development," said Crye-Leike Owner and Chief Executive Officer Harold Crye. "The requirements are stringent, yet a growing number of our sales associates continue to respond to this challenge and become what we refer to as 'The Best of the Best'."

Each recipient was gifted a gold and diamond pin, along with a large plaque, to represent this great honor.

Lauren Criswell - Arlington

Lauren Criswell has been with Crye-Leike for 24 years. She is the former president of the Memphis Area Association of REALTORS (MAAR) Benevolent Fund Board of Trustees, is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and is a Lifetime Member of the Crye-Leike Multi-Million Dollar Club.

Nataraja Krishnaraju - Collierville

Nataraja Krishnaraju has been with Crye-Leike for six years. He is the former President of the Memphis Area Association of REALTORS (MAAR) India Association, is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and is a Lifetime Member of the Crye-Leike Multi-Million Dollar Club.

Leslie O'Leary - Germantown Poplar

Leslie O'Leary has been with Crye-Leike for seven years. Ty Irby - Murfreesboro - Broad Street

Ty Irby has been with Crye-Leike for five-and-a-half years. He served as the 1996-1997 President of the Alabama REALTORS Land Association and served on the Board of Directors for the Mobile Alabama Board of REALTORS. Irby has earned the Accredited Land Consultant (ALC), e-PRO and Graduate, REALTOR Institute (GRI) designations and joined the Crye-Leike Lifetime Multi-Million Dollar Club in 2021.

Joyce Friedman - Franklin

Joyce Friedman has been with Crye-Leike for six years, and before becoming a Realtor, she was the Director of Public Relations at Crye-Leike for five years. Friedman was the Chairperson of Crye-Leike's United Way campaign for five years, served on United Way's Board of Directors from 1996-2000, was the 2004 recipient of the Martin Cummings Community Service award, served on the Board of Directors for the Nashville Philharmonic Orchestra from 2015-2018 and is one of the founding members of the Tennessee Obesity Task Force. She has earned the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation and joined the Crye-Leike Lifetime Multi-Million Dollar Club in 2021.

Tim Guilfoil - Green Hills

Tim Guilfoil has been with Crye-Leike for 11 years and is currently the Managing Broker for Crye-Leike's Green Hills branch office. He served as Chairman of the Professional Standards Committee for the Greater Nashville Association of REALTORS (GNAR), has earned the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) and Accredited Buyers Representative Manager (ABRM) designations and joined the Crye-Leike Lifetime Multi-Million Dollar Club in 2016.

Faye Sesler - Hendersonville

Faye Sesler has been with Crye-Leike for 13 years and has earned the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Accredited Staging Professional (ASP) and e-PRO designations. She has served as the Chairperson of the Sumner County Professional Development Committee and joined the Crye-Leike Lifetime Multi-Million Dollar Club in 2011.

Linda Walker - Spring Hill

Linda Walker has been with Crye-Leike for seven years and has been extremely involved with the Southern Middle Tennessee Association of REALTORS (SMTAR). She served on the Board of Directors from 1998-2001, was the President in 2000, was the Membership Chairperson in 2020 and 2021, received the Andy Akin Distinguished Service award in 2001 and currently serves on the Board of Directors for 2022-2024. Walker has also earned the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Graduate REALTOR Institute (GRI) designations and joined the Crye-Leike Lifetime Multi-Million Dollar Club in 2018.

Tiffany Cope - Spring Hill

Tiffany Cope has been with Crye-Leike for 16 years, has earned the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation and joined the Crye-Leike Multi-Million Dollar Club in 2017. Cope has been a member of the Lawrenceburg Rotary Club since 1998, served as the Vice-President for the organization and is recognized as a sixth Level Paul Harris Fellow. She has served as the Entertainment Director for the Lawrence County Fair Steering Committee and has served as a Board Member for the Friends of Lawrence County Animals, the "Kid's Place" Child Advocacy Center and the Downtown Lawrenceburg Main Street. In addition, Cope is a major fundraiser for The Shelter, and organization that provides crisis care, counseling and continuing support for victims of domestic violence, and the Lawrence County Substance Abuse Coalition.

Barbara McGee - Smyrna

Barbara McGee has been with Crye-Leike for 24 years and is currently a Mayoral appointee for the City of La Vergne's Affordable Housing Council. She has served as Director for the Womens Counsel of REALTORS at the Middle Tennessee Association of REALTORS (MTAR), has earned the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Graduate REALTOR Institute (GRI) designations and joined the Crye-Leike Lifetime Multi-Million Dollar Club in 2007.

Susan Greene - Gallatin

Susan Greene has been with Crye-Leike for seven years, has earned 14 real estate designations and joined the Crye-Leike Lifetime Multi-Million Dollar Club in 2020. Her involvements with the Sumner Association of REALTORS (SAR) are plentiful, having served as the Education Chairperson in 2019, on the Finance Committee from 2020-2021, as the Professional Development Chairperson in 2020 and as a former member of the Board of Directors.

In addition, Greene has served as an Executive Committee member and President for the Upper Cumberland Valley Soroptimist International organization, served as the Tennessee State Treasurer for the Tennessee Womens Counsel of REALTORS and served as the Charter President for the Sumner Women's Association of REALTORS from 1989 - 1991.

Greene has received the REALTOR Emeritus award from the National Association of REALTORS (NAR), was the 2020 REALTOR of the Year for the Sumner Association of REALTORS (SAR) and received recognition as a Life Member of the Awards of Excellence for the Greater Nashville Association of REALTORS (GNAR).

 

EAST TENNESSEE

Chris Morton - Oak Ridge

Chris Morton has been with Crye-Leike for over 6 years and has earned the At Home With Diversity (AHWD), Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Fellow of the Real Estate Institute (FRI), Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designations. He is an active Board Member and Committee Chair for the Knoxville Area Association of REALTORS (KAAR) and has worked hard this past year completing his commercial real estate education. Morton is the Managing Broker of Crye-Leike's Oak Ridge office and has overseen the remodel of the office, grown his office and mentored his agents throughout the years.

 

CENTRAL ARKANSAS

Scott Smith - Hot Springs

Scott Smith has been in the real estate industry since 1981 and joined Crye-Leike in 2011. Smith earned the Hot Springs Board of REALTORS (HSBOR) Lifetime Achievement award in 2017 and has been the Records Readers Choice Best Real Estate Agent for multiple years running. Smith is a Lifetime Member of the Arkansas REALTORS Association (ARA) Multi-Million Dollar Club, has served as President of the Hot Springs Board of REALTORS (HSBOR), served as President for the Arkansas Chapter of Certified Residential Specialists and served as a Chairmen and/or Board member on countless committees.

Lisa Holloway-Sugg - Maumelle

Lisa Holloway-Sugg has been with Crye-Leike for 13 years and implemented the "Crye-Leike Cares" Committee within her branch office. Holloway-Sugg served as the 2020-2021 Director of the North Pulaski Board of REALTORS (NPBOR) and was the 2020 Chairman of the NPBOR Safety Committee. In addition, she is an active member of the Maumelle Chamber of Commerce, where she served as an Ambassador and was voted Ambassador of the Year in 2013-2014. She is also a member of the Little Rock Chamber of Commerce and the Maumelle Lion's Club. Holloway-Sugg has been elected as a "Top Agent" in Soiree Magazine for 2019 and 2020 and served as the Chairperson for the "Maumelle - Live, Work and Play" foundation.

Kim Burks - Maumelle

Kim Burks has been with Crye-Leike for 12 years and is the current Managing Broker for Crye-Leike's Maumelle office. Burks served as the 2013 President of the North Pulaski Board of REALTORS (NPBOR) and was the 2021 Cooperative Arkansas REALTORS MLS (CARMLS) Vice President. She currently serves as the 2022 CARMLS President-Elect and is an active contributor of the Maumelle Branch Crye-Leike Cares community outreach program.

Karen Hayes - Maumelle

Realtor Karen Hayes has been with Crye-Leike for 17.5 years. She has served on the Board of Directors for the Bucknell University Parent's Association from 2016-2020 and was the Executive Chair on the Bucknell University Parent's Association from 2018-2020. Hayes is actively involved with Jack and Jill of America, having served as the Special Events Chair, served on the Regional Social Media Public Relations Committee and served on the Nominating Committee. She is currently the Executive Board Chapter Correspondence Secretary for the nonprofit organization.



GEORIGA

Betsy Liermann - Cumming

Betsy Liermann earned her real estate license in 2016, joined Crye-Leike's Cumming office and achieved Multi-Million Dollar Club status in her first year. She has earned the Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation awarded by the Real Estate Business Institute and is a member of the Northeast Atlanta Metro Association of REALTORS. Liermann has been a member of the Johns Creek Chamber of Commerce for over 10 years serving as ambassador, served as the Membership Committee Chair for over eight years and served on the Board of Directors for three years. She is also the Co-Founder of the Johns Creek Women's Club.
