ROGERS, AR - Crye-Leike Real Estate Services announces its 2021 Top Producing award recipients for the Northwest Arkansas region. To be named a Top Producing Agent or Team in one of Crye-Leike's eight-state regions, individual(s) must have earned the highest sales volume, or had the highest number of real estate transactions, for that year.

Crye-Leike experienced its best year in company history, with a record sales volume of $8.9 billion and 32,499 customers served, in part due to the hard work and dedication from its top producing agents.

Doug Gibson - Top Producing Agent



Doug Gibson, a licensed Realtor for over 20 years, joined Crye-Leike's Rogers branch office 15 years ago. In 2021, he had an outstanding sales volume of $34.6 million, making him the regions Top Producing Agent - a recognition he has received many times throughout his career. Gibson was also recognized in 2019 by the Real Trends America's Best List as the Top Real Estate Agent in Arkansas and holds the title of Certified Residential Specialist (CRS).



The Roe Team - Top Producing Team



Principal Broker Travis Roe joined the real estate industry in 2005 and formed The Roe Team with his wife, Brandi Roe, in 2013. In 2019, the duo added Realtor Caleb Mclaren to the team as a buyer's agent. The team is affiliated with Crye-Leike's Rogers - Pleasant Grove branch office, where Travis Roe serves as the managing broker.

In 2021, The Roe Team conducted over $27 million in real estate sales, making them Crye-Leike's Top Producing Team for the Northwest Arkansas Region. The Roe Team has consistently ranked within the top five teams at Crye-Leike throughout the years. In addition, Travis Roe is member of the Residential Real Estate Council and The Rogers-Lowell Chamber of Commerce, while Brandi Roe is among an elite group of agents endorsed by Dave Ramsey.

 

Kim Johnson - Rookie of the Year



Realtor Kim Johnson started her real estate career with Crye-Leike's Bella Vista branch office in the fall of 2020. Before becoming a Realtor, Johnson earned a degree in marketing and entrepreneurship and has prior experience with banking and consumer loans. This background, coupled with the fascination of watching her parents flip properties throughout her life, gave Johnson the confidence needed to become a local Realtor.

Johnson is a Bella Vista native and understands the stigmas that surround the area, in regards to what it once was and where it is going. She joined Crye-Leike because she believes the company has the history, recognition and presence to continue moving Bella Vista forward. Johnsons dedication to the local real estate industry, and her outstanding sales volume of $5.3 million in her first year with Crye-Leike, earned her the companys Rookie of the Year award for the Northwest Arkansas Region.
