Crye-Leike experienced its best year in company history, with a record sales volume of $8.9 billion and 32,499 customers served, in part due to the hard work and dedication from its top producing agents.

Toni Knowles - Top Producing Agent
Realtor Toni Knowles began her real estate career 20 years ago and worked as Crye-Leike's recruiting director until 2008. Knowles is affiliated with Crye-Leike's Bryant office and specializes in commercial, residential and new construction real estate services throughout Central Arkansas. She has worked with several development properties throughout her career and is always focused on delivering the best possible service to each client she works with. Knowles' hard work and dedication has earned her a 100 percent satisfaction rating from client surveys, an honor that she values most in this industry. In 2021, Knowles' outstanding sales volume of $28,334,852 earned her the region's Top Producing Agent award for the second time in her career.
Scott & Sherry Smith - Top Producing Team by Sales Volume
Making up the Top Producing Team by sales volume for the Central Arkansas region are Executive Brokers Scott and Sherry Smith of Crye-Leike's Hot Springs branch office. This husband-and-wife duo has over 40 years of real estate experience, specializing in residential, relocation, new home construction, first-time homebuyers, lake property and second homes.
Both Scott and Sherry Smith are members of the National Association of REALTORS (NAR), the Arkansas REALTORS Association (ARA) and the Hot Springs Board of REALTORS (HSBOR), with Mr. Smith holding numerous leadership positions within each association. Most notably, Mr. Smith served as president for the HSBOR, earned the association's Lifetime Achievement Award, and recently received Crye-Leike's Circle of Excellence award - the company's highest honor.
The McKenzie Team - Top Producing Team by Transactions
Realtor Rick McKenzie, a member of the real estate industry since 2003, formed the McKenzie Team in 2003 with his wife, Tanya McKenzie. In 2009 their daughter, Morgan Turner, earned her real estate license and joined her parents on the team. They have consistently conducted over 100 real estate transactions each year since the team formed, and in 2021, the McKenzie Team conducted 127 real estate transactions. Aside from being Crye-Leike's Top Producing Team for transactions, their hard work and dedication to the real estate industry has earned them the Diamond and Double Diamond awards from the Arkansas REALTORS Association (ARA) on an annual basis.
All three Realtors are graduates of Arkansas State University and are proud to be active members in their communities. Rick McKenzie is board member for the Trumann Area Chamber of Commerce, Morgan Turner serves on the city of Trumann Planning & Zoning Committee and Tanya McKenzie holds the At Home With Diversity (AHWD) certification.
