NASHVILLE, TENN. - Crye-Leike Real Estate Services announces its 2021 Top Producing award recipients for the Middle Tennessee region. To be named a Top Producing Agent or Team in one of Crye-Leike's eight-state regions, individual(s) must have earned the highest sales volume, or had the highest number of real estate transactions, for that year.

Crye-Leike experienced its best year in company history, with a record sales volume of $8.9 billion and 32,499 customers served, in part due to the hard work and dedication from its top producing agents.

Jimmy D Dugger - Top Producing Agent by Sales Volume & Transactions



Vice President and Broker Jimmy D Dugger joined Crye-Leike Columbia in 1996, closing over 2,000 real estate transactions throughout his career. In 2021, he closed 116 real estate transactions with a sales volume of $30.7 million, making him Middle Tennessee's Top Producing Agent for transactions and sales volume for the second year in a row.

To express his gratitude to the great State of Tennessee and his loyal clients, Dugger has graciously donated $25,000 to the Marketing Department at The University of Tennessee Knoxville to establish the Jimmy D Dugger scholarship fund, matched by the Haslam Fund for a total of $50,000.

Dugger has been recognized as a Top Producing Agent for transactions in 13 previous years and has received the company's highest achievement - the Circle of Excellence award. He has also earned 19 professional real estate designations throughout his real estate career.

Not only is Dugger extremely involved in his work at Crye-Leike, but he is also an active member in his local real estate associations and community. Dugger has previously served as the president for the Southern Middle Tennessee Association of REALTORS and has served on, or chaired for, almost every committee for the organization. The Southern Middle Tennessee Association of REALTORS has awarded Dugger with numerous recognitions throughout the years, including the Career Achievement award - the association's highest honor. In addition, Dugger has graduated from nine leadership programs in Tennessee and serves on the board of directors for Leadership Middle Tennessee.

Within the Columbia community, Dugger was active in the United States Junior Chamber (Jaycees), serving as Past President of the Tennessee Jaycees, Past President of the Columbia Jaycees and Past Supreme Commander of the Tennessee Jaycees Volunteer Core. Dugger is also involved with the Columbia Breakfast Club Rotary. The Rotary has recognized Dugger with the Rotarian of the Year award and the Paul Harris award numerous times.

In addition, Dugger is committed to a number of charities within the Columbia and Middle Tennessee communities. He has served as an auctioneer at several major fundraising events throughout Middle Tennessee, including for the Maury County Boys and Girls Club, Rotary Polio Campaigns, the National Rifle Association and other fundraisers for individuals who are in need of assistance from their community.

 

The JR Group, Led by John Montgomery & Robert Roof - Top Producing Team by Sales Volume & Transactions



Realtors John Montgomery and Robert Roof, Veterans of the United States Army, lead the JR Group team from Crye-Leike's Clarksville - Sango branch office. Since forming the team in 2019, Montgomery and Roof have added Realtor, Budget and Marketing Director Shay Deavers, Director of Operations Misty Gould, Transaction Coordinator Heather Steffan and Realtors Sarah Allgood, Josh Claret, John Rush and Natasha Yamauchi.

In 2021, the team had the highest sales volume and transactions throughout Middle Tennessee, making them Crye-Leike's Top Producing Team. The JR Group collaborates with local organizations to donate a portion of each commission to support The Montgomery County Veterans Coalition, The Clarksville Montgomery Education Foundation and Austin Peay State University's Scholarship Fund.

Montgomery & Roof have led successful real estate careers, with both of them being past recipients of Crye-Leike's Rookie of the Year award and receiving recognition in the company's Multi-million Dollar Club. Continuing education is a priority for both Realtors, and they have earned over 10 real estate designations combined.

Montgomery and Roof are active members of the Clarksville Association of REALTORS (CAR), The Montgomery County Veterans Coalition, the Clarksville Chamber of Commerce and the Clarksville Home Builders Association, with Roof serving on the State Grievance, Governmental Affairs, Leadership Academy and Professional Development committees for CAR. Outside of real estate, Montgomery serves as a Clarksville Montgomery County Education Foundation Board Member and teaches leadership courses at Austin Peay State University.

 

Chris Fumia - Rookie of the Year



Affiliate Broker Chris Fumia joined Crye-Leike's East Nashville office in 2020 and is a member of the Greater Nashville Association of REALTORS (GAR). Before becoming a Realtor, Fumia worked in the education and service industries, providing him with and understanding of how and why forming trusting relationships can foster success. His number one focus in the real estate industry is ensuring that each of his clients can trust his work and form a valuable, meaningful relationship with him.

During his first year in real estate, Fumia quickly rose to the top as a successful Realtor. He has earned the Leading Relocation Specialist (LRS) designation, is a SIRVA Worldwide Relocation Agent and is recognized in Crye-Leike's Multi-Million Dollar Club. In 2021, Fumia sold over $16 million in real estate - the 10th largest sales volume in Crye-Leike's Middle Tennessee region for the year.

When Fumia is not busy helping his clients, he enjoys volunteering at the Nashville Classical Middle School's Athletic Department in East Nashville and investing in real estate properties himself. Fumia's dedication to his clients, the real estate industry and his community has earned him Crye-Leike's 2021 Rookie of the Year Award, and he looks forward to a prosperous 2022.
