HEBER SPRINGS, AR - Crye-Leike Real Estate Services announces that Cheryl Baily has joined its franchise office, Crye*Leike Brock Real Estate, as an executive broker. In August 2022, Baily transferred to Crye-Leike from another firm, where she excelled as a top producer.

Prior to joining the real estate industry, Baily attended Memphis State University and graduated with a bachelor's degree in music. She went on to live in several different cities, including Chicago, Illinois and Atlanta, Georgia. After spending their honeymoon in Cleburne County, Arkansas, Baily and her husband moved their family to Heber Springs in 1982.

"I changed realty firms because I discovered that Crye-Leike's core values more closely reflect my own core values," said Baily. "Their passionate commitment to unsurpassed service and a professional work ethic mirrors my own."

Baily originally began her real estate journey in 1988 and opened Cheryl Baily Realty, Inc. in 1991, where she worked as the principal broker. She later merged her company with a local firm in order to devote more time to her passion: helping buyers and sellers.

"Making my buyers and sellers happy is my goal because purchasing and selling real estate should always be pleasurable," said Baily. "I always strive to exceed expectations."

In her spare time, Baily enjoys singing and playing keyboard for her church, fishing and spending time with her family.
