Nashville, TN., - After a decade of helping home buyers and sellers with all of their real estate needs, Crye-Leike Broker Timothy Guilfoil knows the importance of keeping his education and knowledge of the market up-to-date.

 

In order to better serve his clients, Tim recently decided he wanted to add another real estate designation to his long list of educational credentials. He fulfilled all of the requirements needed to earn his professional real estate designation as a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS).

 

"The CRS is recognized by all Realtors as a benchmark of professionalism," said Tim. "Today, home buyers have access to more information than ever before and that information can sometimes be very confusing. I want to make sure I have the tools necessary to help them navigate the home buying process and the CRS gives me those tools."

 

To obtain the CRS designation, Tim successfully completed advanced courses and demonstrated personal expertise in the field of residential real estate. He joins a select few Realtors that hold the CRS credential.

 

"I feel a responsibility to provide a level of care to all of my clients that exceeds their expectations," said Tim. "In return, they remember they received superior service and are proud to refer me to their friends and family."

 

The CRS designation gives buyers and sellers who work with Tim the confidence to know they are working with a professional who subscribes to a strict code of ethics and has access to the latest technology. Tim's goal is to better help clients maximize profits and minimize costs when buying or selling a home.

In addition to the CRS designation, Tim also holds professional real estate designations as an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and as an Accredited Buyer's Representative Manager (ABRM).

 

Tim is a licensed Broker based out of Crye-Leike's Green Hills branch office in Nashville. He assists clients in and around Davidson, Williamson, Sumner, Wilson and Cheatham counties specializing in all types of residential real estate sales, first-time buyers and new home construction. Tim is a member of the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors, the Tennessee Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
