At the published minimum bid, the property would produce a 16% return on investment."

 

Another property will be sold at Absolute Auction before the Big Buck Sale. The Former Sharecropper Restaurant and Convenient Store will be sold to the highest bidder regardless of price. This property auction will be a separate sale but will be done in conjunction with the Big Buck Auction. This property, located in the town of Hornsby on Hwy 64 next to City Hall is a 3,152 SF building on a .61acre lot. This property will be sold "As-Is" and will be a cash sale with no contingencies within 30 days after the auction.
