Crye-Leike, REALTORS Property Management Division continues to grow as its opening its fourteenth branch in the Southeast. Laurie Reardon has been appointed to manage and lead the new Murfreesboro division.
Crye-Leike's new Property Management office is located within its Murfreesboro sales branch located at 1139 North West Broad Street. Crye-Leike's Property Management Division assists owners successfully rent and maintain their properties and helps renters become satisfied tenants.
"Rutherford County is one of the fastest growing counties in Tennessee and I am excited to have the opportunity to grow the Property Management Division in Rutherford County for Crye-Leike Property Management," said Laurie. "After living in Rutherford County for over two decades now, I can honestly say this area is a great place to call home. I'm excited to now be bringing my property management expertise to help clients in Crye-Leike's new property management division in Murfreesboro."
Laurie began her career in property management in 2008 as the Administrative Assistant to the Regional Operational Manager for Tennessee and Alabama at Gross Builders. In this position she assisted the Regional Manager with the daily operations of five multi-family communities in Tennessee and Alabama.
From 2010 to 2013, Laurie served as the Assistant Property Manager for Crye-Leike Property Management. As the primary point of contact for owners and tenants for over 200 properties, she successfully managed to build good relationships and customer satisfaction. With her vast knowledge of property management, both residential and multi-family, Laurie brings a wealth of experience to the Murfreesboro area.
Prior to joining Crye-Leike, Laurie also served as the Operations Manager for Murfreesboro Business Machines, Inc. (MBM) for over 6.5 years and as the Director of Diabetes Supplies Centers of America, owned by Healthways, for over 10 years. While with both these companies, Laurie worked her way up to management status with hard work, dedication, excellent customer service skills, and team building.
As a 23 year resident of Rutherford County, Laurie has been an active member in the community serving as the Treasurer of the Walter Hill Baseball Club, the Secretary for the Leanna Community Center and as a Girl Scout Troop Leader.
