Memphis, TN. - 2014 saw many great achievements for the real estate industry including an increased number of sales, higher average sales prices and fewer days on the market.
Crye-Leike, REALTORS had a good year achieving $5.3 billion in sales volume. Over a nine-state region, 3000 highly skilled Crye-Leike agents sold over 30,000 properties. Crye-Leike's sales outperformed the national average in the real estate market.
Agents from across the company's nine-state region celebrated this achievement at Crye-Leike's 38th annual kickoff conferences. Agents were recognized for exceeding their customer's expectations by constantly improving their relationships with clients, responding quickly to their customer needs all while conducting business with integrity and trust.
A record breaking number of agents rallied together as they make way for a productive new year. Attendees received a market update from Crye-Leike Co-founders, Harold Crye and Dick Leike, who also shared their predictions for the 2015 housing industry.
"We are optimistic the market will continue to improve in 2015 and Crye-Leike is setting an achievable goal to reach $5.5 billion in sales for this year," said Harold Crye.
Other achievements for Crye-Leike, Realtors include the opening of nine offices in four of the nine states where Crye-Leike serves. Crye-Leike made several advances in their technology support including new personalized mobile apps for agents. The company also upgraded their appointment center system to be more intuitive for home owners and agents.
In regards to nearly 183,000 showings scheduled by Crye-Leike's Appointment Center in 2014, Leike commented, "It's great to imagine how many found their way home last year through a Crye-Leike agent.

Crye-Leike Property Management saw a 50% growth in homes leased and managed.
