Nashville, Tenn. - Crye-Leike, REALTORS' Nashville/Green Hills branch office has moved its location after 24 years at 3815 Cleghorn Avenue. Its new office, located at 2000 Richard Jones Road, offers its 42-plus agents over 3,500 sq. ft. of newly-built office space, with Realty Title Company conveniently located next door for title and closing services.
Crye-Leike's Nashville/Green Hills office generated over $80 million in sales in 2015. Its agents serve the Greater Nashville area, specializing in Green Hills, East Nashville, Downtown and Hillsboro Village.
A ribbon cutting ceremony, led by the Nashville Chamber of Commerce with Crye-Leike's CEO Harold Crye and Managing Broker Tim Guilfoil presiding, was held to commemorate the historical company move.
Crye-Leike's former Cleghorn branch office was the first office Co-Owners Crye and Dick Leike opened in Nashville in 1992 when they launched the company's first expansion efforts into a new regional market. Its corporate headquarters is located in Memphis, Tenn. Today, 39 years later, the company has a presence in nine states and is ranked the nation's fourth largest privately-held residential real estate firm.
"We decided to expand beyond the Memphis market when company sales 24 years ago were stuck at $1 billion," recalls Crye. "Once we got to a certain level, it got incrementally harder for us to gain another percentage point of the market share."
Crye-Leike became the No. 1 provider of real estate services in Middle Tennessee within one year of entering the market. Operations in this Middle Tennessee region have since grown to 19 branch offices with over 600 Crye-Leike agents.
Crye-Leike (www.crye-leike.com), a full service real estate company for 39 years, is ranked the nation's sixth largest residential real estate brokerage firm among the nation's top 500 and is the largest real estate company in Tennessee, Arkansas, Mississippi and the Mid-South. It has a network of over 3,000 sales associates and 115 branch and franchise offices located in a nine-state region. Crye-Leike attained sales of $5.7 billion and 31,400 closed transaction sides corporate wide in 2015.
