Nashville, Tenn. (June 13, 2016) - Crye-Leike, REALTORS is opening its 20th branch office in Middle Tennessee in Gallatin, a move that marks its third office in Sumner County, joining its Hendersonville and Goodlettsville offices.

The new Crye-Leike Gallatin office, located at 1208 Nashville Pike, is a 2,352 sq. ft. remodeled house that has been zoned for office use. The office is located at the corner of Lake Drive South and Nashville Pike, north of East Camp Creek and down the street from Volunteer State Community College. The office's lease agreement begins July 1, 2016.

According to James Fenton, executive director of the Gallatin Economic & Community Development Agency, the city of Gallatin is experiencing strong, constant growth.
"Between 2000 and 2010, Gallatin's population grew 33 percent," said Fenton. "Then, a recent special census conducted by our office revealed further that from 2010 to 2015 Gallatin is experiencing another growth rate of 14 percent, representing 35,000 more people to the area.
"Additionally, over $200 million in capital investments are being made through businesses which are generating over 2,000 jobs in Gallatin within the last 30 months," said Fenton.
