Oak Ridge, Tenn. (August 3, 2016) - Crye-Leike, REALTORS, the nation's sixth largest residential real estate brokerage firm, has acquired Linda Brown Realty in Oak Ridge, Tenn., making it the company's 12th branch office within its Northeast Tennessee Region.

The merger opens additional market regions in Tennessee for Crye-Leike in Anderson and Roane counties.

Owner and Principal Broker Linda L. Brown felt that it was a good business decision to make the move. With Crye-Leike being a full service real estate firm, our office is now able to offer more real estate services for our clients and agents, giving us greater opportunities to expand and grow our business, she said.

Crye-Leike will continue to operate in Linda Brown Realtys current location at 1666 Oak Ridge Turnpike in Oak Ridge, Tenn. The one story, 4,000 sq. ft. office building where the real estate firm is located was built by Linda Brown's husband, Walter, and was also purchased in the acquisition.

Very little is changing except the name and signage, remarked Mrs. Brown I will remain the managing broker as well as list and sell real estate just as I have been doing, and my agents will remain. We all look forward to the technology upgrades and the continuing education that Crye-Leike offers, just to name a few of the service upgrades planned, all to help us agents stay up-to-date with the rapidly changing business world.
