(July 20, 2017) - Four Arkansas sales associates of Crye-Leike Real Estate Services, the nation's fifth-largest independent residential real estate brokerage firm, have been included in the list of 2017 America's Best Real Estate Agents published by REAL Trends, the industry leader in ranking the performance of residential real estate firms, agents and teams in the United States.
REAL Trends recently released the 2017 edition of its America's Best Real Estate Agents list, which is considered a prestigious ranking of an elite group of real estate agents across the country. More than 12,500 real estate professionals from every state in the United States are featured in REAL Trends' 2017 America's Best Real Estate Agents ranking (www.AmericasBestRE.com).
Crye-Leike's Doug Gibson, an affiliate broker of Crye-Leike's Rogers branch office, ranked No. 2 among all Arkansas real estate agents based on closed sales volume of $25.68 million in 2016. Gibson also ranked No. 11 among Arkansas' real estate agents when ranked by closed transaction sides with 72.
Meanwhile, The Tobey Team - Bill Tobias, Janet Tobias and Kathy Rumbo, affiliate brokers of Crye-Leike's Conway branch office, ranked No. 17 in the state among real estate sales teams. They generated 122 in closed transaction sides in 2016.
Overall, Crye-Leike had 16 agents and seven agent teams across five states which were included into Real Trends' America's Best Real Estate Agents lists.

Among other measurements, the list ranks the most productive agents and agent teams by state based upon closed transaction sides and closed volume. A transaction represents either the listing side or the selling side of a closed transaction.
To qualify for inclusion, an individual agent must have closed at least 50 transaction sides or $20 million in sales volume in 2016. For real estate agent teams, the minimum is 75 transaction sides or $30 million in closed sales volume. All production numbers are independently verified by a third-party to ensure accuracy and report integrity.
The individuals ranked in America's Best Real Estate Agents had an average of 73 transaction sides and an average sales volume of almost $37 million. Teams ranked in America's Best Real Estate Agents had an average of 144 sides and an average sales volume of almost $61 million. This ranking ensures that only the best of the best are included on the prestigious list.
