FLOWOOD, MS., - Crye-Leike, REALTORS is proud to announce the official opening of its new Jackson Mississippi Metro Headquarters office. The new corporate and sales center is located at 2050 Treetops Blvd. North, Suite 100 in Flowood, Mississippi.

 

The corporate office and administrative center recently relocated from Pear Orchard Road in Ridgeland where the company established operations June 1, 2006. The Pear Orchard location will continue real estate operations as a branch office.

 

Crye-Leike's Mississippi operations are under the leadership of General Manager Lynette Magee-Praytor. As a licensed Realtor since 1995 in Tennessee and Mississippi, Magee-Praytor has assisted buyers and sellers in real estate transactions throughout the region for more than a decade.

Crye-Leike currently has 45 licensed real estate sales associates based in the Jackson Metro area and the headquarters location will have the ability to accommodate up to 50 full-time licensed Realtors. Magee-Praytor and her sales team specialize in full service residential real estate sales with a focus on commercial, lots and land. They assist both buyers and sellers in and around Hinds, Rankin and Madison counties. Along with new real estate professionals, there will be additional staffing positions available.

Along with her responsibilities to her clients and sales team and staff, as the General Manager Magee-Praytor is actively involved in the Jackson Association of Realtors (JAR), Mississippi Association of Realtors (MAR), and National Association of Realtors (NAR). She is a former Chairman of, and has served as a member of, the Mississippi Real Estate Commission. In late 2007 Magee-Praytor was installed as the President-Elect of the Mississippi Association of Realtors (MAR).

 

Magee-Praytor has a keen interest in governmental affairs and in 2008 is serving as Chair of the MAR Legislative and Regulatory Affairs Committee. She is currently enrolled in the NAR's first Leadership Academy and serves as Chair of the NAR Risk Management and License Law Forum and as a member of the national organization's Risk Management Committee.

 

Through MAR, Magee-Praytor has previously served as a MARPAC Trustee, Vice-Chair of MARPAC, and Vice-Chair of Standard Forms and Professional Standards. She is a recipient of the MAR President Award in 2001, Mississippi Realtor of the Year 2002, Graduate Leadership MAR 1999, Northwest Mississippi Association of Realtors (NWMAR) Mississippi Realtor of the Year, 50 Leading Business Woman in Mississippi in 2002 as well as Top 10 Business Women in Mississippi also in 2002. In 2003 she was an Athena Award nominee.

 

Magee-Praytor lives in Brandon, Mississippi and supports communities throughout the region as a member of the Mississippi Economic Council and membership in Chambers of Commerce in Jackson, Ridgeland, Flowood, Madison and Rankin counties.

 

An official grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony for the new headquarters office with the Flowood Chamber of Commerce will be scheduled at a later date.
