NASHVILLE, TN.- Crye-Leike, REALTORS is announcing the formal Grand Opening Celebration for its new Midtown branch office in Nashville. The event, open to the public, will be held at its newly renovated sales office at 1819 Broadway in Nashville on Thursday, August 21, 2008 from 4:00pm - 7:00pm.

The company purchased the two-story building in October 2007. Crossroads Architecture was hired to transform both the interior and exterior space into a striking, functional and client friendly Real Estate sales office. The crown jewel of the project is a striking exterior sign that projects the familiar bright red Crye-Leike, REALTORS logo vertically above the intersection of Broadway & 19th Avenue in the center of a bustling Nashville Midtown.

"After months of hard work and patience by our Realtor sales team and the public we couldn't be more pleased with the finished space," said Harold Crye, Founder and CEO of Crye-Leike, REALTORS. "We hope the community is as excited as we are to be in the neighborhood and supporting the demands of buyers and sellers for residential real estate in and around Downtown Nashville."

The general public, business & community leaders, fellow Realtors, clients and local business owners are encouraged to drop in for the Grand Opening Event. A delicious assortment of foods, treats and refreshments will be provided. In step with its location just steps from Music Row, the violin & guitar based trio Gypsy Hombres will be joining in with their unique blend of jazz and classical music throughout the late afternoon and evening celebration.

Located at the corner of Broadway and 19th Avenue, the commercial space is in the shadow of the new Adelicia condominium development, walking distance to Noshville Deli, Midtown Cafe and other nearby eateries and stores and one block off Music Row. The office will be home to Crye-Leike's first residential sales office in Nashville's core urban business district in the company's 31-year history.

In addition to the new soaring signage, Crye-Leike, REALTORS gave the outside of 1960's era building a fresh coat of paint. And in keeping with the Crye-Leike color scheme, bright red window awnings further accent and add a sparkling "finishing touch" to the company's Midtown look.

"It's a dynamic location with a great vibe, in a hip part of town, easy to get to and highly visible," said Cindy Stanton Fey, Midtown Branch Managing Broker. "We've thrilled to be part of the neighborhood and inside and out we've tried to create a warm and fun atmosphere."
