NASHVILLE, TN.- Crye-Leike, REALTORS congratulates Broker Denise J. Beard upon her selection to the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors (GNAR) Class for Leadership GNAR. Beard is based out of the company's NEW Midtown branch office located at 1819 Broadway, Corner of Broadway and 19th Avenue.

 

"I am honored that my colleagues both at Crye-Leike and at GNAR nominated me to participate in Leadership GNAR," said Beard. "I will be joining 28 of my fellow Realtor colleagues from across the area who like myself want to serve our Realtor association and real estate industry."

 

The purpose of Leadership GNAR is to acquaint future leaders with the vision, purpose and programs of GNAR. Denise will participate in four training sessions with her class. The first session will be held in September.

 

"I'm looking forward to the training and learning more about how I can broaden my understanding of GNAR and the industry," said Beard. "We have so much to offer our communities and clients and I'm thrilled to join GNAR as a future leader so I can have a greater impact through my work in the community."

 

Denise is a licensed Broker in Tennessee, assisting buyers and sellers in and around Davidson County. She specializes in all types of residential real estate sales. Denise has taken more than 200 hours of real estate courses and is a Graduate Realtor, Institute (GRI).

 

"I strive to provide high quality real estate services to my clients with integrity by focusing on customer service," said Denise. "When I complete the training I'll have the opportunity to volunteer for a committee post or even as an elected officer or director which is a goal of mine."

 

Denise lives in Nashville and has lived in Tennessee for 16 years. She is a graduate of Hendersonville High School and the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. In addition to GNAR Denise is a member of the Tennessee Association of Realtors (TAR) and National Association of Realtors (NAR).
