In order to be honored with this designation, Tracey successfully completed a comprehensive course in buyer representation and an elective course focusing on a buyer representation specialty.

She specializes in residential real estate focusing on first-time homebuyers, relocation, and farm and land. Tracey is a member of the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors (GNAR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR). She is also the 2008 Rutherford County Great Strides Chairperson for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.

Tracey strives to help all buyers realize the dream of owning a new home. She is currently playing an active role in Crye-Leike's "Save the Dream" program the company recently launched. Crye-Leike cofounders Harold Crye and Dick Leike asked their agents to reach out to anyone in the community facing foreclosure and offer them their professional expertise and guidance to help families try and avoid foreclosure.

"Realtors owe outstanding services to our clients in today's market" said Tracey. "As professionals in our industry, we can help guide our communities into a more positive situation regarding foreclosures and home buying. I plan to be a part of that movement."
