Reilly to the company as the new Vice President of Franchise Sales and Business Development for Crye-Leike Franchises Incorporated. She will be based out of Crye-Leike's Regional Corporate Headquarters Office in Cumming, Georgia located at 5940 Bethelview Road.

Nancy will work to grow business for Crye-Leike Franchises Inc. in and around Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, Washington D.C. and other states Crye-Leike CEO and President Harold Crye designates.

Before joining Crye-Leike, REALTORS, Nancy was the Franchise Sales Executive who expanded business significantly for Express Employment Professionals, an Oklahoma based international employment franchise holding company.

Prior to that position, Nancy served as an Account Executive for Prudential Real Estate Affiliates in Irvine, California where she guided a program addressing a multiyear declining sales problem experienced in six Southeast states the company serves. During the six year period with Prudential, Nancy exceeded franchise sales quotas 285% to 585% each year resulting in various company awards including Account Executive of the Year, Highest Revenue Achieved, Chairman's Circle and President's Club.

"Most of my career has been in sales management, the marketing of real estate assets, and franchise business models where I created new and additional income revenue streams for organizations," said Nancy. "I have sold to many entrepreneurial business leaders and organizations orchestrating branding, business models and conceptual business plans which delivered unparalleled numbers that exceeded sales quotas and drove income revenue streams."

Starting her career in Greenville, South Carolina, Nancy was the Leasing and Property Management Coordinator for The Smith Companies of Greenville where she created, implemented, and directed the commercial property management division of the organization. Nancy leased 100% of the 250,000 square feet of office parks, strip center and industrial park space initiating 148 leaseholds that resulted in the early sale of the buildings which enabled the developer to cash out early for a significant Return On Investment.

Nancy also served as Director of Franchise Sales for three other major companies including GMAC Franchise Systems and Better Homes and Gardens both in Des Moines, Iowa and ERA Franchise Systems in Parsippany, New Jersey. During her work with these companies, Nancy received several #1 Sales Director of Franchise Development Awards.

Nancy is a licensed Broker in Georgia. She has her professional real estate designations as a Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) and e-Pro Internet Marketing Specialist and is a member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors, the Georgia Board of Realtors (GAR) and the National Association of REALTORS (NAR). Nancy lives in Atlanta, Georgia with her husband, Dr. Ron Reilly, and is a member of The First Baptist Church of Atlanta and The Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR).
