BRENTWOOD, TN., The foothills of the Ozarks along the shores of the beautiful Grand Lake O' The Cherokees is the setting for Crye-Leike, REALTORS newest and very first corporate sales center in the State of Oklahoma.
"I am very pleased to announce that Crye-Leike, REALTORS has opened its first retail sales center in the State of Oklahoma in the City of Grove," said Harold Crye, Crye-Leike, REALTORS Cofounder & CEO. "I have visited the Grove area on several occasions and I'm excited to be part of a community with such a rich past of pioneer, cowboy and native American history - and is today one of the state's fastest growing retirement and recreation destinations in the state."
Grove is located just across the state-line from a cluster of Crye-Leike real estate sales offices in nearby Northwest Arkansas. Crye saw an opportunity to join forces with a top producing and an established real estate broker to launch a new Crye-Leike corporate office. He will support it with the marketing and technology necessary with hopes of it becoming the premier real estate firm in the Grand Lake, Grove and Northeast Oklahoma region.
"With our regional corporate headquarters in nearby Rogers, Arkansas we can provide the sales team at Grove with all the tools and support to take real estate sales to new heights," said Crye. "I know once buyers and sellers in the region give us a try, they will realize a new level of service and excellence they've not experienced before."
Crye-Leike Grove is located at 1104 South Main Street in Grove, Oklahoma. It will be under the leadership of Managing Broker Lesa Duffield. She comes to the company with nearly three decades of real estate sales experience working with buyers and sellers in the Grove/Grand Lake, Oklahoma area.
"I am excited with a capital ?E'," said Lesa. "After spending 26 years with my former company, this is definitely long overdue. Me and my fellow Realtor associates are looking forward to growing and expanding with Crye-Leike, REALTORS and serving the public in many ways."
The ?Realtor Sales Team' that will be joining Lesa includes: Norm Carnett, Michele Norwood and Donna Speer. They are licensed Realtors in Oklahoma assisting buyers and sellers with all types of residential and commercial real estate sales with a focus on waterfront and lake access properties. Since 1989 Lesa has provided property rental and management services in and around Grove.
"Our hope is to have an official Ribbon Cutting Ceremony with the Grove Chamber of Commerce in a couple weeks or so," said Lesa. "That will give us plenty of time to fully transition our marketing and technology support as the newest corporate sales center in the Crye-Leike, REALTORS family."
