MEMPHIS, TN.- Crye-Leike, Realtors, the largest real estate company in Tennessee and the Mid-South, announced that it has attained the No. 6 national ranking among the nation's largest and most successful residential brokerage firms, a new accomplishment for the 29-year-old organization.
In a research report prepared by REAL Trends, Inc., the leading provider of information and analysis for the residential real estate industry, (www.realtrends.com), Crye-Leike is up four notches from its No. 10 ranking in 2005. This ranking was based on Crye-Leike achieving 34,039 closed transaction sides among 65 branch offices in 2005. Crye-Leike ranked No. 24 in closed sales volume at $5.6 billion in REAL Trends' separate ranking by sales volume. A transaction side represents either the listing side of the selling side of a closed transaction.
Chief Executive Officer Harold E. Crye credits the company's success and No. 6 national ranking to its focused strategy on customer service and being a full-service brokerage firm. "Our job as real estate professionals is to simplify our clients experience by providing those ?must-have' services to complete the real estate transaction." To that end, Crye-Leike offers services such as mortgage, relocation, title, insurance and home services.
