The company's ?Focus on Franchises' theme in 2010 is further punctuated by the selection of Rob Hatchett as the new President of the Crye-Leike Franchises Sales & Development division.

"I see a tremendous growth opportunity in 2010 for our franchise division by providing better support to our existing owners and in the successful launch of new franchise sales centers in and around the regions we currently serve," said Hatchett. "We have a terrific package of tools and services available to the company-owned offices that are now available to anyone wanting a real estate sales franchise through Crye-leike."

One only has to look to North Alabama as an indication of Hatchett's abilities to grow the Crye-Leike brand. In 2009 Crye-Leike had just 15 licensed agents based out of one real estate sales center in Madison, Alabama, north of Huntsville. Under Hatchett's leadership as a Regional Vice President & General Manager, a year later Crye-Leike's Greater Huntsville & North Alabama region has five offices and more than 100 licensed sales associates.

"The past two years, leading the day to day operations of the company's Greater Huntsville and Chattanooga markets, has put me in the same shoes as many of our franchise owners," said Hatchett. "I'm thankful for the success we have experienced in both those cities and I look forward to partnering with and finding success with our franchise owners and franchise agents as well."

Since joining Crye-Leike in 2005, Hatchett has served as a licensed Realtor to active buyers and sellers in all types of residential real estate sales. He was later named Director of Career Development working as the lead Recruiter & Trainer for the Greater Middle Tennessee region. Hatchett has helped train more than one thousand new agents.

"I feel like I've walked in many shoes over the past five years with the company," said Hatchett. "From selling houses as a regular agent to training and recruiting new agents to the company and even managing our Mt. Juliet, Tennessee branch office for a short period of time. Along with my most recent experience managing our Huntsville & Chattanooga regions, I feel like I've been in almost every position a franchise owner or prospect may be in or been in at some point in their career."
