BRENTWOOD, TN., - As the 2nd busiest search engine on the web, offers its users free reign to launch, browse and search through an ever expanding assortment of clips from music videos to news footage to amateur antics. With the audience of users on YouTube and other social media sites growing exponentially, Mid-South real estate giant Crye-Leike seized on what it hopes is a golden opportunity by joining in.

RealBiz360 is collaborating with Crye-Leike in both the creation and delivery of its property listings to YouTube and beyond. As it turns out, YouTube will be just one of many places for Crye-Leike and its agents to mass market their listings to every place possible on the web - from an agent's personal website to social networking site like Facebook and Twitter.

The new virtual tours on YouTube are provided at no cost to Crye-Leike agents - and are essentially a seamless mini music video along with a voice-over description of the property details including price. It will be up to agents to pay a small fee to cover the cost of transporting their tours to other social media sites and real estate web portals.


"Agents will have the option of what we consider a very robust virtual tour offering to showcase their listings on the Crye-Leike website, their personal website, the MLS and through listing syndication to dozens of real estate websites," said Sullivan." "Best of all its hands free for the agent. They simply enter their property information and pictures into the MLS and the work is done for them by RealBiz360. It's that simple."

To help its sales team keep up, in 2010 Crye-Leike began offering an in-house course to agents interested in learning more about social media. The company awards agents who complete the program a Social Networking Professional (SNP) designation after they complete the course work and establish a significant number of contacts on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn as well as other sites.

All of Crye-Leike's listed property videos are searchable by price, address and a Multiple Listing Service (MLS) number which will help someone just browsing or ideally a prospective buyer in their home search.
