Brentwood, Tenn. - Keith Crowe of Nashville has been named director of business brokerage for Crye-Leike Commercial, the eighth largest commercial real estate brokerage firm in Nashville, to oversee the company's newly established business brokerage division.
The division will offer a full range of business brokerage services, including consulting; investment and income property brokerage; merger & acquisition; sale & acquisition of operating businesses; site selection & acquisition; and, tenant representation.
Crowe says that his division will focus its efforts on the professional representation of sellers of closely held businesses and serve as a resource for buyers.
Crowe, an affiliate broker, comes to Crye-Leike from Sunbelt Business Brokers Network of Nashville as their senior broker. His years of experience in business brokerage have involved business deals with both small and large companies in Tennessee as well as buyers and sellers of all sizes. With firsthand experience in mortgage banking, management and marketing, his expertise includes preparing evaluations and assisting in securing financing for acquisitions.
His previous job experience includes real estate franchise sales for Century 21 and association management as executive director of the Nashville Area Home Builders Association.
